no match found when finding my tag name

When I search up my tag name its telling me no match found, same with my brothers tag. Could you have a look into this for me please.

5 more days to go and you might lose a customer, im getting the game for xmas an this app really helps out. I used the bf3 app like all the time. Please can you look into this for me.
