"Hide Completed" - Assignments

Is there anyway when we click on the "Hide Completed" box in assignments that it could stay like that? I personally don't need to see assignments I've finished, so I always hide them, thus I was wondering if you can hide them full time...

The selection state for the checkbox does not persist between sessions in the current version. It might be added in the future together with better assignment filtering options.
